Efficiently ran drugstore. There was a long line of people patiently waiting to pick up their prescriptions. The clerk took care of everyone without too long of a wait.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Today I waited for 80 mins on hold to talk to a pharmacy tech and still didn't talk to anyone. I figured I'd head into the store and talk to them instead. First off the drive thru was closed, I'm guessing due to lack of staff. So I parked and headed inside. This was the line at 5pm: 10 people deep. The pharmacy tech was apologetic about the wait but the pharmacist Mark was extremely rude when i asked him about it and inquired as to why he was leaving the single pharmacy tech along to deal with a 10 person deep line instead of coming to help with it. These wait times and Mark's rudeness are unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Just so everyone knows, at the Walgreens pharmacy closing at 7pm actually means they put the cardboard up in the window at 6:57. Hope nobody else is in a hurry after work and needs mends.

The people working at the pharmacy cannot care less. Seems that they despise anyone coming to their window. They are beyond slow and not welcoming. I visited the pharmacy 3 times. 3 times too many. First two visits were to get a shot. Both times I had an appointment and there was no one else waiting. They made me to fill out the paperwork that I already filled online and then I was waiting and waiting. The people disappeared in the back. It was a half an hour ordeal both times. The last straw was when I stopped by to pick up a prescription. It was shortly before 7 pm and I was told that it is not ready and that they will not do it today because they are closing. I asked how long it typically takes to fill the prescription. I was told 30 minutes. The prescription was sent to them before noon.... I am done with this time wasters.

I can't believe this store is still in business! They are slow, and will lie to you. If you need life saving medicine don't count on staying alive if you get your medicine from this Walgreen!

I go to Walgreens all the time and price match when the app shows a lower price. I asked the gentleman to price match at check per usual. He explained to me how they don't price match, I needed to buy it online before and pick it up later if I wanted that price. Just didn't wanna help I guess

Let's face it, it's your basic Walgreens, but the staff seems helpful and the store has your typical drugstore needs such as toiletries, snacks, etc. they offer a photo printing service. The pharmacy itself is okay but you may end up waiting in line for a bit if customers are using the drive through. Prescription prices seem fairly standard. The parking lot can be a bit cramped and isn't the easiest to get into.

I was just at Walgreens Dimond and experienced the worst customer service ever. I stood at the cash register for a while and the black girl close to the register wouldn't even look up to help me. After waiting for a lil while I asked her if there's any cashier available and she answered with "me" and raised her eyebrows. Didn't say any word after that so I rushed out the store bec of how rude she was.

The pharmacist Hilary provides awful customer service. If you disagree with her she is spiteful, borderline hateful. There is so many other choices close by that, compared to this pharmacy, offers great customer service. This pharmacy also has the shortest (1-2 people) lines with the longest wait times. I would save yourself some grief, time, etc and go elsewhere unless you like being treated like crap, then by all means go/ continue to go here. You may disagree but it's a matter of time before you see her true colors. Corporate does absolutely nothing if you complain to them as well so I recommend avoiding this pharmacy as much as possible. I would of left a 0 if it allowed me to.

This pharmacy has no sense of urgency. Just got out of the hospital and needed my pain medication for a cesarean delivery and in pain. Dropped off the prescription, then went back to pick it up and made us wait another hour. All the while, there was a problem and they did not try resolving it until I called to complain. With my newborn baby in the car, this is frustrating. This was not the first problem. I would like to stick with them, but they continue to mess up.

I like Walgreens. Buuuut lately at busy hours there's a long line and only one cashier which makes checkout too long for fast transactions.
