Called the day of the ice storm (01/16/2024) in Blount County. They were super polite. Kept me posted with any delays. This was not an emergency call. But they were good to keep me up to date.

This place was very prompt to respond and has very very good prices. The work they performed for us was towing our 18 wheelers long haul and short haul and they are very educated and know what they are doing. Their equipment and trucks are to notch and very well taken care of. We have used them several times over the last couple years and they are GREAT ! And very respectable and easy to deal with. LOVE THEM... I tell everyone about them!

Our driver went above and beyond! It was dinner time, dark out, and we were from out of town. Didn’t know where anything was. They directed us to a better part of town for the Honda dealer. Took us to our hotel so we could unload our car (just starting a 2 week vacation-car was packed full) and then he took my husband to dealership to drop off the car and brought him back to the hotel. I just cannot give this company enough praise! Thank you, so very much for your help at a stressful time!

I broke down on side of I 65. Kw premiere care contacted them. Given an hour of arrival. Arrived at 1 hour and 5 minutes. Driver was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable. When he dropped off the truck he reattached drive shaft. Then drove me to a hotel to get a room. I highly recommend this service. Thank you for your professionalism.

Called after breaking down just after rush hour in a ad part of Birmingham. The driver Daniel was quick to arrive, and very professional. I have used Hurst for years and they are by far the best in Jefferson County in what they do. Very reasonable rates.
