“The waterpump on our Cummins ram broke on I-65 near cullman on our way home to Texas from Michigan. I called the nearest ram service which was cullman dodge. The service people were extremely helpful hooking me up with a tow company and checking that they had parts in stock. We got our truck towed to the dealer and our camper to a nearby campground. Brian texted me to let me know they would be on it Monday morning, the breakdown was about closing on Saturday. He texted me on progress Monday and they picked me up at the campground upon completion. All three of the service people I had contact with went way out of their way to help us and what could have been a major disaster was a short stay at a nice campground. We cannot say enough about the help we were given. Thankyou!”
