Read the other reviews and do not bring your Amazon returns here. I have returned many things from Amazon over the years and this is the only place that has caused problems. Amazon never received one of the packages returned there.

Had over $200 worth of items stolen in transit. When pulled up the tracking it was stated that box was found opened and empty (stolen), and that UPS would contact shipper but this never happened. Now this store won’t pay to reimburse any of this or even shipping costs. Beware using this location your packages may or may not arrive and they will not take care of you.
Edit: contacted emailed below and didn’t receive a response despite reaching out several times. Do yourself a favor and drive to the post office or fed ex or any other UPS store as I am doing the same.

Worst customer service. Needed a UPS ground shipping pouch. Stood in line for 15 min. Said I had to buy it. Its a UPS store, and they don’t have UPs supplies. Said I had to go to a hub?

I visited this location on 2/22/24 and was very embarrassed when Jessica called me a liar. I asked for the Manger but she said that she is the manager. I provided her with the email showing that I did not need a box for my items and she continued to tell me I was lying. She tried to get me to buy materials to pack my items and I told her I wasn't interested in buying anything. Very poor customer service.

I submitted and paid for an online print job scheduled to be picked up 2 days later. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told (per the store manager) that they "couldn't do it" because it was submitted on a Friday afternoon, that my order would EVENTUALLY be cancelled and refunded. Basically, they didn't care and didn't want my business. A print shop literally couldn't download and print 8 sheets of cardstock? Unbelievable. Even the associate admitted it was a terrible way to do business.

The absolute worst customer service. The one time I forgot to have my QR code pulled up, as I thought I had taken a photo of it, I was reprimanded and directed towards the sign that recommends we do that. I’m very well versed in Amazon returns and work the self-service at the other location independently. I will ALWAYS drive to the other location in Vestavia on Hwy 31 going forward. They also charge for tape on boxes and the other location does not.

Save the headache and go to the FedEx store by Whole Foods. You’ll be thankful. Frankly, the Post Office near this location does a far superior job at customer service than this UPS Store.I gave them multiple chances but I finally hit the end. Terrible customer service, and apathetic management makes for an awful combination for customers.
