Every time I go to see Dr Powell with a problem he and his staff are so helpful. They all listen to what I am having a problem with and always make it better. I always leave their feeling better. Dr Powell is the only Doctor that I see that makes me feel like he really cares and he has always made me feel better when I leave. I will see his until he or I leave this world.

As always, everything , including the staff, was perfect. Didn’t have a long wait to be seen. Sarah is very thorough and competent. She made sure I understood the injection and to be mindful of my blood sugar. She and Dr. Powell explained another injection i might consider in the future.

The care(ing), professionalism and knowledge of all the staff is much needed and welcome in this world where the medical profession just sees you as a "cash cow", sending you left and right to unnecessary specialists, visits and procedures. When you go to a doctor, you are in great need of understanding, empathy and maybe compassion, which I found there. For once I feel comfortable going to someone I fully trust.

I came to Dr Powell for 2nd opinion on my knee. He was very polite, and took his time to explain things to me. He answered all my questions and made sure I was understanding the details. I would highly recommend him.

The receptionist was very welcoming. The nurse/xray person was focused, thorough. I appreciate staff not being in rush and speeding thru these processes. It's tough enough to not be feeling my best so it's a blessing to have thoughtful staff...with pleasant attitudes and concern.And last but not least, Dr. Powell is a wonderful doctor. Full of knowledge, wisdom and great attention to detail... not rushing, but listening. He is anointed and walking out his Purpose...that comes with a beautiful flow of God's grace and peaceful atmosphere.Thank you. Karen

Dr. Powell is such an outstanding Christian Doctor and surgeon. He always explains our plan of action and answers any question I might have. Although he is a spectacular surgeon, he tries to avoid surgery with rehab. He has replaced both my hips, and I'm afraid my knees are next. I know, however, I will be in professional and skilled hands when that time comes. His office staff and Nurse Practioner are always respectful, kind, and considerate as well.

The scheduler, receptionist, P.A., and doctor were all very patient, kind, and understanding of our situation. Dr. Powell and his P.A. took time to explain my problem and give me relief from my pain. I could not be more grateful for Dr. Powell’s staff getting me in the same day as my first call. I was in so much pain when I arrived, and pain-free when I left — very grateful!

Well. I really enjoyed the visit. All the folks there were sooo nice. Rachel was soooo. nice and really thorough but To be honest they concentrated on my left knee more than my right knee. I guess I made the mistake of trying to give them a total history of both knees. I get home and my left knee is great. My right knee started aching again and I’m now in pain again. I’m back where I started.
