**They did a good job cleaning outside of the car but the inside wasn't clean good, even though I got the titanium, they didn't vacuum every where nor did they wipe the spot that is a little dirty and when i called someone to show them, he was not nice and didnt clean it.
Right when I was thinking to be a member but not anymore I'll definitely be looking for another car wash and be a member. I don't recommend this place.

I pay 35 yuan a month to wash the outside of my car, and today I added 15 yuan to wash the inside. After they washed the car, I discovered that the object that adjusts the air conditioning vent of my car was damaged. I told their manager about this, and they said, wait We waited for a few days for our superiors to tell us about the damage, and after waiting for a few days, the so-called manager called and said that it was not their damage, and I believe that my employees will not damage your car. I was asked to go back to the auto shop to repair it myself, and the manager's service attitude was very bad and unfriendly. He just said that it was not us who broke it and it has nothing to do with us. Oh my god, mine is a 2024 infinitQX60. It's hard for me. Damage your own new car? I shouldn't have believed them that day and waited for a few days. I should have called the police first.
, this kind of company cannot be trusted. This company only collects money every month. If there is a problem, it is not caused by their employees, because they say they only trust their employees.

You may wish to get you car washed there but do not become a member. They will treat you horribly. They do not want your business. Rude. Unprofessional. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

As a loyal customer, I complain about the car washing and drying process, the quality has dropped a lot. At the Car Wash at 2251 Voss, Houston, according to the arrogant and rude manager “Joel”, customers cannot dry their cars within the premises area nor use the drying cloths. According to him, customers must leave the Carwash to dry their cars on the street or surrounding areas. I find this to be TERRIBLE customer service.

For the price increase after COVID, not worth it. For those prices you can get an excellent hand wash.. without more scratches to your car
