Took my older model caddy to Birmingham Cadillac as a first time customer and I was not disappointed. The maintenance service and customer care that Brian and Meredith provided were exceptionally top-notch. Brian clearly understood my vehicle repairs and advised me of what I needed and did not over charge me for services I didn’t need like other dealer service centers. Meredith was very courteous, professional and promptly processed my bill. It’s refreshing to know there’s a local dealer who cares about its brand and their customers. Kudos toCadillac management at this location. You’ve won over a loyal customer.

Eric Chandler was my service advisor. All in all he did a good job. There was a slight miscommunication, but we worked through it and I feel he handled it professionally. The miscommunication could be just from a different way of doing things as a dealership and experience in Arizona is a lot different than Alabama. I the downside is I wasn’t able to get my truck fixed that’s not their fault that’s a Parts shortage issue with the streak. So I will be reaching out to make sure when the birds get in that I can get in and get my car fixed with Eric

Mr. Dennis Johnson is the best. I thank God for such a great man that took the time for two days (one that was his off day) to work with us. We left the dealership knowing a lot about our new vehicles, and met a new friend. God bless Dennis and all the young men at Cadillac Of Birmingham who helped us while we were there.

Was at the Honda dealership looking at the Accords and decided to walk over next door. They had just received a CT5 that week! Mrs. Shun and the team took great care of me and my family and they gave us a great trade-in price for my 6 year old Camaro on a Saturday afternoon. Never thought I’d be driving a Cadillac but here I am! Thanks Mrs. Shun for being so nice, they will take care of you!!

Our experience with Dennis Johnson at Cadillac of Birmingham was very pleasant. He helped us with the purchase of our new vehicle in so many ways. He was able to answer all of our questions. Oh my...what a wonderful experience we had at Cadillac of Birmingham all because of Shun. She was professional, genuine, caring but mostly, she was very honest which made the visit so worthwhile! I want to do business with this dealership opposed to others because of her. Go where you can make an honest deal and ask for Shun! You'll know it's her by her sweet smile and kind heart.

Although we couldn't agree on a deal, I had a great experience with Dennis. He was polite and professional and even helped me despite bad weather. I appreciated his straightforwardness. I was saved from a bad purchase for me that led to a better one. Though I be an engineer, I'm not a mechanical one, so something newer than 10 years old and far away from 100K miles was better for my needs.

It was my second purchase experience at Cadillac of Birmingham with the assistance of Mr. Dennis Johnson within a two year period. Mr. Johnson was very courteous, very patient, very professional and very knowledgeable of vehicles that l was interested in, and subsequently purchased. There was no pressure for a sale. He listened to me about what I wanted and why.I think anyone who would visit Cadillac of Birminham for the purchase of an autombile would feel the same as I do. While overall service and interaction with the service team was exceptional, regrettably items were stolen from my vehicle during service. A firearm and holster valued at 800$ locked in the glove compartment went missing during my routine car service. When changing the cabin air filters, the glove compartment was taken apart, and the firearm was reportedly found and locked away by crew members and returned to the glove box at the end of visit. Upon receiving the vehicle, the weapon was missing, likely stolen by one of the individuals who move the cars throughout the lot.This was reported immediately to both Cadillac and Hoover Police that same day, and the investigation has been ongoing for several months. Regardless, I would never expect this level of disrespect and ill regard for a customers vehicle and belongings within, at a Cadillac dealership and am highly disappointed and frustrated by my first visit at Cadillac of Birmingham.

Dennis Johnson, Cadillac of Birmingham knows his product well and is willing to answer any and all questions. There is no pressure dealing with him. He's a nice guy, and I'd recommend him without reservation.
