Dropped my car off here for repairs. They told for a week straight that it would be ready within the next 1-2 days. Today marks a week since we dropped it off, and we hadn't heard any updates, so we gave them a call just to hear that they've FORGOTTEN about it. Sorry, but that's ridiculous, and I'm not at all happy. They say they'll now have it ready tomorrow; guess we'll see how that works out since they've been telling us that for days already.

DO NOT BUY FROM GARNER AUTO LLC!!I purchased a 45 thousand dollar truck from garner auto, only to have the brakes totally FAIL on me almost resulting in a fatal car crash. Garner Auto offered me practically no assistance in resolving the issues with the truck after telling me it was thoroughly inspected before purchase. I cannot and will not recommend anyone to this dealership.If you do buy from here, take your vehicle to a pro and get it inspected IMMEDIATELY.

Terrible place to buy a car I’ve been lied to before but these guys will straight up lie to your face and belittle you to make a dollar . My wife paid 12000 dollars for a car tried to trade it in a year later and was offered 2000 they said it had been wrecked???
