I bought a Alternator there in June it went out in August.I live two hours away and had a warranty they would t let me bring me the Alternator back they said I had to bring the car how can I it won’t crank.Terrible Business

I was new to the area. I needed a mechanic for general car maintenance and any problems that might come up. Warren Tire Pros was recommended by two different people I trusted. This is a professional and friendly business. They also provide shuttle service. I choose to wait while they do oil changes. As I watch people bring their cars in I can tell most are repeat customers. This was positive reassurance to me. Customers do not continue to bring their cars in for repeat maintenance unless they believe the shop is honest and fair.
Honest and fair and reasonably priced has been my experience too.

A/C quite working. I told them what was wrong with it. I had already been one place and I am a retired mechanic sold my tools They wanted 3000.00 to replace compressor. Was told the compressor was 1500.00. I can buy the whole kit to replace everything for 389.00. Minus freon. They charge list price. I understand labor is high but not list price. I told them no never mind. Normally good place to trade but they rip you off on parts

I had excellent customer service at Warren’s today. I really appreciated their courtesy and efficiency. I took my vehicle in thinking it needed a tune up. But that was not the issue. A tech called me to let me know what the real problem was. They called me back at 12pm to come and pick up my vehicle because they had fixed it already. THANK YOU, WARREN’S TIRES!?

The staff was very welcoming and politely answered questions I had since it was my first time coming here. They were also pretty quick. I was out in less than an hour! I will definitely be coming here for ALL my services now.
