Most expensive oil change ever. I own four Toyotas and my son took one to this dealership and was charged basically double what I have ever paid at a Toyota Dealership for an oil change on that vehicle or my other ones. Tried to find out why it was so much and dealt with one super rude associate and one agnostic one. At least they called me back?Don't pay over $110 for an oil change and don't waste your time with this dealership. Mind you, this was oil change only and absolutely no other services. Receipt to prove it.Lesson learned.

On our way to N.C. from Texas and bought gas at a small station. Their regular gas had water...lots of water. The engine started choking as we were driving on the interstate toward Tuscaloosa.We located Toyota about 30 miles away. We stalled just about a mile away from the dealership but were lucky and hobbled into a Sam's parking lot. Dwayne's Tow Truck came for us almost immediately and Paul, Dealership Manager, sent a car. The service techs were incredible and put us back on the road.I can't say enough good things about Tuscaloosa Toyota and Dwayne's Tow Truck Service. Please consider dealing with and sending business their way. Your community is very lucky to have these two!

For about 5 years now I have had my heart set on getting a RAV4. I loved my Camry, but I wanted something bigger. I decided to go to Tuscaloosa Toyota and look at a few RAV4s. My process from start to finish was so smooth. I had a lot of anxiety over the decision to purchase a car. Michael Baltins was my salesman- wonderful is an understatement. He made sure I knew every feature of the car, understand every step of the process, and most important - he made sure I was happy and comfortable. I never felt pushed to make a decision on the spot. I would recommend Michael to any and everyone! He truly cares to make his customer happy. All around, everyone at Tuscaloosa Toyota made me feel secure in my purchase. I have been loving my car! We needed a car for a few days to rent, since ours was in a shop other than Tuscaloosa Toyota. They were extremely nice in the office and were very thorough in helping me with the car rental. She explained everything in the car to me( I'm not used to the newer models that have all of the bells and whistles) We brought the car back actually the next day and they gave us the refund promptly, back to our card, for the days we didn't get to use the car. The Highlander was a fantastic car too!! Thanks for making my first car rental a great experience. If we ever need another rental we will definitely be back.

I went to Tuscaloosa Toyota today to purchase a vehicle. Trey DeSantis was awesome! He was friendly, informative, answered all my questions and kept me up to date on everything! He was a genuinely nice person that cared. Thank you Trey for phenomenal service!!

We had to purchases our newer vehicle and we had an amazing time ! Bill Arnold , chad Owens , v montano and the kind lady that helped with all the paper work . They have great clean facilities, they have food and drinks for the busy files for sale , free Coffee and multiple kids areas .. my son was able to play and mom and dad bought a car .. we will be back if and when we need another vehicle

I traveled from out of town to preview a vehicle and had already secured financing and the salesman still attempted to get financial information. It took almost 2 hours to purchase a car that I had already chosen online AND secured financing outside the dealership. I felt I was treated differently due to being a female and had I brought my husband the transaction would have been different.

Came for service. Is what it is. How this dealership lost two stars is because you have to pay for coffee. Every other Toyota dealership has a free coffee machine to get espresso/lattes/coffee etc. They lost an additional star because they do not wash cars here/give out free vouchers to do so. You have to incentivize people to come spend money with you as a dealership, when there's thousands of other locally owned shops you work harder for your business, and are way cheaper. I'm fortunate enough to have the resources available. Others are not. A car wash isn't expensive, but Toyota will get you for everything they can. It's only right for me to do the same. Will not be coming back
