My service experience was much better this time. No check engine light is on. The A/C has been repaired. Battery replaced. Everything is running like new. The only thing that I would change is the length of time that it took to address the issue of the check engine light. Other than that, I am content and I am loving my little car.

Rip me off, financial department folded back the pages on the car fax when signing papers, my fault for being a trusting person to Mike Ganey who told me that my truck was a good buy and I'd have more equity in it and they all full well new it was wrecked and kept it from me and charged me full price! When I went back and confronted them they wouldn't do anything to help me, told me they were in the business to make money! And I give them credit for being honest on that part no matter how much they hurt folks or troubles caused, wish they would go outta business, I tell everyone I talk to, to not buy from them, shady crooked business! Liars!

We had a very disappointing experience having a transmission replaced. There was a lack of communication to us from the dealership and a lack of communication among the employees. Some of the service employees were extremely rude and treated us as if our business was not important to them.

I just bought my 3rd Nissan from Townsend Nissan in Tuscaloosa AL. The first 2 were new and great vehicles. This one was a used one, a 2021 Kicks. Unfortunately, it was the only affordable vehicle I could get with my financial situation. The deal was only said to be a FAIR deal, compared to good and great deals. But, after driving off, I was to come back the next day to get another key. I noticed body damage to the under part of the car, although there was no accident, it had ran upon a curb and damaged the under part of plastic and the front lower part of the grill. Although the contract was as is, it still was under factory warranty for mechanical issues. When I made them aware of the damage to the under part, plastic only, they went out of their way to fix it good as new without hasell. B J was awesome as Sales Manager and so was Brad, my salesman. They got the part ordered and repaired asap. With no problem. Sometimes, It matters who you buy from as much or more than the deal! Thanks to Townsend Nissan, they stand behind their cars and salespeople!!

Buyer's Be Aware!!! Snuck in a $1,000 ADP/ADM on the buyers order even though everywhere they listed it online and on the vehicle windshield didn't have this amount making the car seem that it was priced where it should have been. They also waited until after purchasing the car to let us know it only had one set of keys. Between the interior damage, exterior damage and missing a set of keys shows it should have been listed well below listing price of $21,000; let alone with the additional$1,000 they snuck in shows they're dishonest. Wish I would have read the other recent reviews! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Took my car there for a diagnostic to find out what was wrong with it so I could get it fixed. Dropped it off on a Thursday. I called on Friday for an update, had not been looked at. (although I had an appt for that day). I called Monday, no Update, but let me know they replaced some fuses and no lights were on but they were behind so they still haven't got to the issue. I called the following Friday - still no update and no one had looked at. Informed them I would just come get it. Went the next Monday to get it. It was parked out back and the battery was dead , they hadn't even put the pieces of the air control/dash back together. So I had to leave it. Received a call tuesday, that it would be available to pick up , all lights were off the dash but they still didn't know what the issue ws. They thought it was a electrical issue but not diagnosed because they didn't have time to get to it. A waste of time. Should stop taking appts or services if they are not equipped. Had the vehicle for over a week and still was no help. Once I got in the vehicle the Symbols were back on the dash. & also they lost my key, so they had to reprogram another.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take you services to Townsend Nissan! Most unprofessional group of people. Really showed their class in service dept. Rude with their response. Didn't give a direct answer. Kept getting different responses.My car was never fixed properly while under warranty now all I get is excuses that they can't find out what's wrong with it while it is clearly acting up. Find new service writers and a new ASE technician. What has happened to treating customers with respect today. I will never purchase a Nissan from this place. There is an etiquette class that is offered for being a professional . Suggest this place look into it.

I was in town for graduation, and I needed my windshield wiper fluid jets fixed. They fit me on Friday afternoon, and fixed the problem. They were very helpful.
