Came here due to their flower selection at a very nice lady name Meredith help me out with the flowers in depth she went above and beyond even went to the back when I didn’t like anything just for so my girlfriend can get some nice flowers. This place was the best.

The best chicken salad ever! And I don't eat salads like that LOL and the flowers and orchids that they have are outstanding! Plus on Tuesday they have chicken breast and ground chuck for$3.99 lb.!!

I certainly hope you will return to preparing in store made pizzas for the Thursday pizza deals. When shopping there yesterday I was disappointed to find out the pizzas were shipped in and not made in store .I just tried to eat your not store made non frozen pizza and it was terrible. These pizzas do not meet the standards/expectations of your establishment !!

Any other time I would give this place at least 4 stars but after my experience today, I most likely will not be returning. I ordered several items including a couple of tuna steaks and one of their chicken salad snack packs for pickup. When I got there, I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come outside. The woman (Gina was what the order pickup said) completely passed my car twice. I was the only person in the pickup area but gave her the benefit of the doubt in case she was getting off work with her groceries. She finally came to my passenger window and just started throwing my bags into the passenger seat. Didn't ask my name or anything. I went to grab the snack pack go give to my toddler and noticed that my tuna steaks were missing. I quickly called the number on the sign so I wouldn't have to get my upset toddler out of the car and the same woman answered the phone. I was polite and told her my tuna was missing and she very loudly said, "Tuna? What you mean your tuna missing" like what do you think I mean? After me explaining 3 times that they were left off of my order, she went and got her manager. He seemed nice and asked if I was still in the parking lot. I said yes and he said he would be outside in a minute. I assumed he would be bringing them but instead he came out to my car and started checking through my bags. I thought it was to see if I had over looked them but then he started looking in my floor boards and my lap where the snack pack was sitting. The manager thought I stole $16 worth of tuna and wanted more. He then told me that if it's not in the bags then I didn't order it and I didn't pay for it. After pulling up my order more than once, he told me I would have to go inside to get more. Exactly what I was trying to avoid. Got my toddler out and went inside and the butcher was lovely. They were out of them but he went to the back and got more. When I made my way back to the front, the same woman (gina) was checking us out. Woman never looked me in the eye, didn't respond to me several times and completely ignored my child saying hello to her. Then tossed my recipt at me just to go back to texting. I normally love fresh market but after today, I don't think I will be back. I left a note on the pickup order and haven't heard anything back either.

Extremely disappointed in The Fresh Market in Tuscaloosa. I ordered a party plater fruit tray as well as a Caesar salad party bowl for pickup between 9-11 this am. We Arrived and were handed a small container of watermelon and cantaloupe. We explained and showed copies of what we ordered and we were told to come back in an hour. An hour later we show up and are handed a platter of sliders. We showed them again the email confirmation of the items ordered and we were told to come back again later. This time thank goodness the fruit platter was right, but the Caesar salad was a small container and not the big party bowl. We gave up and went to Publix and got bags of Caesar salad. Should have given up sooner and put my own fruit tray together for the amount of time wasted! Never again will I bother with Fresh Market!

Everything was great except the cashier… she was apparently not in a good mood. Other employees were helpful and friendly though. I could spend all night smelling the different coffee bins… scrumptious!

It's a slightly more high-end grocery store than I normally shop at, but you can get some high quality food here and several things that are not readily available at normal grocery stores. To give you an idea of the prices, some of the at-the-counter candy can range drastically from a pretty average $2 to almost $11 for a chocolate bar. It's high quality stuff though! I also really appreciate their ready to eat or ready to reheat meal options that are available and the large selection of cheeses and fruit. This is a place that I would go to for a splurge.

My husband bought the Valentine’s Day meal and we LOVED it! We got the filets and they were great quality. Even the directions that were enclosed were perfect! We did everything according to the directions and it was amazing! The steamed asparagus and the potatoes were the perfect accompaniment! Can’t thank you enough for this wonderful meal! The staff in our local Fresh Market are definitely the best!!
