Had a great experience for move in. The staff was great, and the apartment was clean and ready for us to start unboxing. Have opened some maintenance tickets (small items), and the Maintenance teams have been responsive. The staff, led by Madison have responded to emails prior to move-in, allowing us to put any worries...

I almost stayed at union but after reading these reviews about Nathan and Trevor I decided to stay at the hub and I’m so glad I did. They responded to my request literally the same day, 100% recommend The Hub!

Lauren, Nathan, Steven and Trevor are awesome!! Lauren was so helpful with move in and came to check and make sure everything went smoothly. Nathan, Trevor and Steven came so quick to fix my maintenance issues. I placed a few requests one night and they were there the next morning. Very pleased!!
