The wash did not clean my vehicle. I asked the attendant to run it back through again, pointing out the obvious dirt and he said they only do rewashes on "Reds Premium", and told me I could use the rags to clean off missed spots. I won't be back.

While being in this area for my job, I was extremely pleased with being able to use Red’s Car Wash this evening. After my wash cycle I was greeted wbu team member KeKe who provided such exceptional customer service as she grabbed a towel to get a bit of water that was on my vehicle and made me aware of the products and tools available for my use in cleaning the interior of my vehicle. The cost was a great value and service level i received was Top Notch

Nice car wash, if a bit expensive for their best wash - $20. We brought in a 2006 Lincoln Town car that we inherited before trying to sell it and the wash did an excellent job.

I've been a member for several months. I sold my vehicle and I have called several times (unable to leave a message and no answer) to have my membership cancelled. Payment just came out again and I am furious. This is unacceptable!!
