I'm going to miss going go my local gas station. My husband and I loved the owner and the manager. They remember who you are and treat you like family. I wish I could relocate them.Store stays clean and well-stocked. No old and expired items on shelves.

Generally, when I visit this tore the clerk that works the earlier shift is very polite. He is a bit shorter in statue than the guy I experienced horrible customer service with(twice).Let me explain the first time he was rude. I walked in and was in a bit of a rush. My son was on side of the road, it was getting dark and I left home with nothing on me but money for gas because it was a 30 minute drive. I walked in and he stood there completely oblivious to a customer. I wouldn’t even say he was oblivious. This guy completely ignored me until he finished placing objects into his wallet that, were on the front counter as I was trying to hand him my money. It was almost as if the roles were reverse and me coming there carried insignificant value as a loyal customer. I chopped it up as a bad day for him and for me. Payed for my gas and left. I didn’t go any further because like I said the guy who normally works the earlier shift is really nice. Four days later, it’s raining and I just want sleep. I opt to drive my husband truck to the bank and stopped by the gas station. I wanted an aspirin so I went in to pay. This guy did somewhat of the same thing again. Are you freaking kidding me. I asked did he have FB page or review page and clearly the answer was no.I don’t know what this dude problem is but I was discussing it with someone and they were like, "Oh yeah, they are always like that.” What? That’s not normal. That’s not okay. If you can’t even treat loyal customers that are local as if they are valuable then why are you still even getting business. I am going to go back and I want to see if this guy was just having a bad week.

They have a policy for no exchanges or refunds for phone accessories. However, I purchased a charger and when I tried to use it, it was broken.I didn’t want a refund because I didn’t want the charger. I wanted it because I paid for a working product and they did not deliver a working product.When you sell a product to someone you are entering into an agreement that they will pay you for a working product or service. If you don’t deliver, you should either replace it with a working product or refund them SINCE YOU DID NOT DELIVER YOUR END OF THE AGREEMENT. I won’t spend another penny here and neither should you.
