I purchased my vehicle online but he provided me with multiple pictures and all the info I requested. The process was easy, quick, and could not have been better. Brandon went above and beyond great communication gave point by point details on all my questions. Brandon knew all the information from inside and out about different vehicles I was interested in. I have sent several family members to Brandon everyone was very pleased. We will be contacting Brandon very soon for a purchase on my son a new car for his 18th birthday.

Tuscaloosa’s Carlock CDJR is the best service center that I have been to. I enjoy taking my car there for servicing for multiple reasons. 1) it is literally like five minutes from my house; 2) Maurice is the best service specialist in the place. He knows my car and knows how to make sure everything is right before leaving. His customer service is above average, and he explains things in ways that I can understand because I am literally just a girl; 3) the atmosphere and environment is welcoming... as a recurring customer, I can literally have conversations with all of the people in there and laugh and joke around to help the time fly by while waiting on my vehicle; and 4) Kel is the best mechanic ever. He is the only one that I request to work on and service my car. He is extremely knowledgeable and really knows his stuff! Charles is great, too. Honestly, all of the mechanics are great. I just have my own preference.
I recommend taking your CDJR vehicle here for servicing needs!

I HAD THE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH BRANDON ELLIS, AFTER MONTHS OF SEARCHING FOR THE RIGHT VEHICLE MR.ELLIS ASSURED ME THAT HE MIGHT HAVE A VEHICLE I WOULD LOVE. HE WAS VERY KIND AND DETERMINED TO FIND ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I HAVE DEALED WITH MANY OTHER SALESMAN BUT NOT ONE WHO WANTED TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER AND NOT THERE POCKET. I had the courtesy of working with Brandon Ellis who worked hard to put me in a new desired vehicle of my choice. I got the call that my vehicle was totaled out on a Monday and that I needed to return the rental that I had by Friday and that meant that I had to get me a new vehicle by that Friday. On Monday, Brandon was out of the office and he promised me that on Tuesday morning that he would get on the job. Let’s just say by Wednesday, my Mercedes Benz GLC 300 4matic coupe was pulling into my driveway! If you ever go here, ask for Brandon! He will get you what you need in a desired timeframe! If I ever need to buy another vehicle, Brandon will be my first choice!!! I’ve now had my SUV over two months and it is everything.
