It's pricey, but so are most of the other storage places in town. That said this is the one I'll always use. The location is out of the way without being remote, the staff are responsive and kind. I had some problems unrelated to my storage and they were able to accommodate my situation. I don't worry about my stuff here.

The storage facility was convenient, clean and safe. I wish there had been a way to have better lighting within the room itself. Also, it was difficult for us when the dumpster was removed.One way to offer a dumpster to people renting storage space would be to lock it with a combination lock and give the combination to those who wish to use it.

Very clean facility & easy access to storage units. Excellent customer service and management. Stored a fabric couch and other items over the summer, everything stayed in perfect condition with no mildew. Would definitely rent a storage unit with this company again.

Rented a unit for 2 months . Basically did this over the phone, considering all the Covid issues. Great customer service. Units are really clean. 3 big carts on bottom floor to move your stuff. Highly recommend this establishment. Roll Tide !

Great storage facility! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in helping us choose a size. The units are clean, carpeted and come in a variety of sizes and the facility is air conditioned.. Move in/out could not have been easier thanks to the carts provided and the large bays. We will definitely use All-American again.

We have been using All American Self Storage for years and have always been impressed with their customer service. Facilities are well-maintained and secure. They are very accommodating and easy to work with and I highly recommend to anyone needing storage in the Tuscaloosa in Northport area!

All American has been wonderful for us. Over the past nine years we have used their facility on-going. We had multiple units for two full moves where we couldn’t move in, small units just to hold a few things temporarily, furniture moved in so our parents could move into our home, etc. they have been wonderful to work with. The facility is great but the personal device is the beat. Sara is amazing to work with and quite an asset for this company!!!! She gets to know you and you’re needs and helps in any way possible!
