All American Storage was awesome to help me. I had to upgrade a unit and was able to do so without a hassle. Was easy without any issues. I think the young lady is Chelsea who was in the office. She was wonderful in helping me with everything I needed. From the first phone call I had with her to making the switch. She is an asset. She understands taking care of the customer and knowing how to help. That is very important in the success of a company. Great employees who are in front of house helping customers. Glad I found all American. Also, love the penguin in the marketing

we had a great experience storing with All-American and will definitely use this location again. The manager, Meg, was incredibly helpful! It was a reasonable price for the space we needed (We stored my son’s car and dorm items). It was very clean, well run and safe. Five stars!

Excellent experience, staff friendly and very professional. Excellent communication. Climate control unit was clean and our goods emerged without any musty odor. Plan to use them again next summer.
