I dropped my Jeep off for them to look at my Back Brakes, I heard a Loud Popping Noise after shutting it off, plus there was a lot of heat coming from one of the back tires too! I spoke with the Mechanic & they said they Took Off Both Tires Checked my Brakes & Calipers & they were fine. They Test Drive it & it was Okay. They told me to drive it & if I hear any Noises or feel anything with the Brakes to Bring it Right Back. I said okay, what do I owe you for your Time? They Said there's NO Charge. I said WOW that's Fantastic ? you will have my Business from Now on For Being So Honest and Amazing!!!!

It’s sad that our small business community have some bad apples that us other small business for their own advantage then once they got their machine fixed I was out four hundred in just labor fees two trips and four hours shame on you. “They quoted us 30-45 minutes to have someone get to us and ended up getting to us in 5 minutes, had the job done in about 30! Our pull behind rv blew a tire and we ended up across the street from this shop which seeing the sign is why I went to see if they could help, they looked at our rv and went to see for a tire in stock and got us back on the road. Friendly from the moment I walked in. The price was much better than anywhere else, when looking for tires before I was quoted almost twice what they charged. Old VS new tire!”

“OK Tire has taken care of my car on multiple occasions and every time I have been more than pleased. They are kind, patient, and thorough and, as someone who is not car savvy, I trust that they are doing the best thing for me and my car.
I took my car in today because my service light was on and the car said I needed brake fluid. After dropping it off, I got a call a bit later and they told me that my fluid levels were good, as were my brake pads. The service light was merely an automatic reminder based on mileage. When I went to pick it up, 3 things happened.
1. They greeted me by name and talked about meeting my wife (by name) the week before when she dropped off my car for a tire patch.
2. They didn’t charge me a dime. Not one single dime. Not even for investigating.
3. When I got in my car, I realized they reset my service light (which is a pain in a bmw). That means that someone sat outside in this heat advisory weather and spent time resetting my computer for NO money.
Y’all. It doesn’t get better than this! I could cry for the generosity and care they show. Go to OK Tire when you need your car tended to.”
“Jason and the crew at Minor Tire & Wheel took great care of my needs. I needed my aftermarket wheels balanced after another shop did poor work. I showed up 1.5 hours before close on a Saturday and they got me in and out. They took the time to do the work correctly, rotating the tires on the wheels to use the least amount of weights to achieve the best result. I really appreciate making the extra effort. “I had ordered new tires for travel trailer, because of size 36’ they advised it would be best if 8 could bring just tires and wheels in for swap. My jack busted and I did not get there until a few minutes before closing. They still had two others ahead of me, after explanation of situation with travel trailer on jack stands the manager stayed over about 1.5 hours after closing to get me installed. Had a family from Washington state come in while he was installing mine and he helped them also. Just don’t find many folks that will go the extra mile these days. I appreciate it and hope the owners also reward you for going the extra mile.”

“If you are in Decatur area and don’t want rim damage this is your place. Been using these guys for over 35+ years. They are the pros. Total price might be a little higher but the lifetime balance with no damage is definitely worth it. You get what you pay for.”
