85$ for a. Lost bolt, 100$ to screw it in. Mower wouldn't move when returned, was sent in for not starting.Spring left unhooked by service, I wouldn't ok 850$ servicing. Don't care to be called a liar at 77 yrs by a smart mouthed young Mgr. NO more of my money will they see.

Took a chainsaw in that had a clogged or defective tank vent on December 27. After 2 weeks, I started checking in, but they had never looked at it every time I went by. I finally just asked for it back today, and they refunded my deposit, so that's good, but when I got it back it looked like it had been used for Hurricane Katrina cleanup. I'm a homeowner and use the saw 5-10 times a year, and drain the tanks and clean it well every time I use it, and I got it back filthy. The guy at the service desk claimed they haven't even looked at it, but the saw tells another story. I understand you have to cut with it to diagnose what's wrong, but this thing is filthy, and still not fixed. The lady sitting up front when you walk in barely makes eye contact when you walk in, while watching TV and playing candy crush on her phone. Not even a hello. My family is from Theodore and we've been Alexander customers for 50+ years, but we won't be back.

Never take your lawnmower in this place! They have had my husband's lawnmower for 3 months! 1 excuse after the other! LIED and said the hold up was backordered parts....just to call today to say THEY CANT FIX IT AT ALL!!! but they put a zip tie on it to "help" the issue we took it in to be fixed for!!! It's a complete JOKE! Such a waste of time just to be lied to.
