I wasn't familiar with Cricket so I visited the store in Talledega because I wanted another phone service. I had a warm greeting every time. Cierria, Shereka, Taleshie, and Heather were very knowledgeable about the service and products. They made my decision to switch over smooth and assisted me with every transferring aspect etc.. Thank you all so much.

Cricket is horrible online and customer service reps when calling them. They are having a system problem and they aren't trying to help customers get the phone. I have never ever seen or have the disrespect that cricket has been giving me!!

They actually deserve 0 Stars this is the most rude incompetent customer service Representatives I've ever encountered I've been in the store on two occasions both times I've dealt with rude workers that stay on the phone rather than help their customers

bad to work for do not ever get you phone here please your setting your self up for they will do anything to get you a sale they dont even sale phone in the back trust me i know they let me go because the co-worker lied on me told the manger said i was late which i wasn't she very racist and she dont even have the continentals to be a manger she dont even have a high school degree or ged please listen to me im from Atlanta so i know please dont go to this store ever
