The ladies who work on the towing side are polite, patient and helpful. If your vehicle is left overnight it's behind a large fence and very safe. Should you run into any troubles they do not waste time helping you get them solved.I would recommend this business to my family and friends as well.The mechanic side does excellent work and the prices are fair. They stand behind everything that they work on.

Limped in off of the highway yesterday with check engine light flashing. Even though it was 15 minutes till closing they still scanned my truck, diagnosed the problem and sent me to a mechanic 3 miles away who fixed the problem right away. No charge. Thanks so much!

Bad business, I'll never go back. They racist ,hung the phone up in my face etc paid them 600$ to fix ac next week they wanted 1,400 for same problem sad.

Was met by a friendly, knowledgeable attendant who along with a mechanic jumped right on my early morning oil change. I have already referred another customer who said they're be back also. I left a tip for the friendly expedited service and was on my way for $20 less than what Pep Boys charges without the attendant trying to sell me an overpriced cabin air filter or wiper blades. I'll be back.

I pulled in unannounced. Was greeted before I could even reach the office. I explained my problem and was directed where to park my vehicle for service. A second person came and confirmed my tire problem right away. He didappeared to get tools set up. Reappeared with a jack and had the wheel off in 60 seconds. Had the bad valve stem out and replaced, wheel reinflated and back on the truck in 5 minutes. I paid a surprisingly low repair price in the office and was on the road all in 15 minutes. These guys n girls are the real deal. I will always start with them for any auto repair needs.Service: Tires

Intentionally waited a few weeks now before doing a review. First let me say that when you call a business you want to get someone on the other end that seems to be interested in your problem and someone that gives the impression they truly like the work they do and need your business. I got a good feeling talking to Gina, the owner, and so I decided to let them inspect my car to see what they thought needed to be done. I will say a couple of things on their website were not correct but minor details they can solve by getting someone to fix for them. Probably not unusual for an auto shop these days to get your car in but not be able to look at it for a day or two as they have other customers in line before you. I did ask about the wait time and was able to save a day or two by taking it when they actually expected to get to it. Unfortunately, the mechanic helping me said it would be ready at a certain day and time. It was not , so I told him I raised my Son in the likeness of General Robert E Lee and that means when you tell someone something and you cannot follow through on it you should contact them ASAP and tell them about the change. Maybe he went home and looked up who General Robert E Lee was? That is something the average person does not know to do when it comes to wait times. As a shade tree mechanic myself for the last 49 years, I was interested in finding out just what the people at Wilson's knew about my car and the problems I wanted solved. Again, 90% of customers will not know these things and certainly not know all the questions they need to ask before agreeing to having the work done. I believe one can trust them to do what is right and I can only base that on this one experience with them. No, they don't seem to have any ASE certified mechanics and yes, you can find a Blue Seal Shop with ASE mechanics but they are located at Evans Automotive Service Center in Pensacola, Fl. I suggest Gina consider sending her mechanics to get these certifications because it makes the customer that much more confident in what they do. It does not mean the people she has cannot do the job for sure. Of course, we all want to pay for what we get and I found the cost of dealing with Gina and Wilson's Auto Service was in line with what I expected. I was not able to do the work myself due to circumstances but they did a good job at a reasonable price. Until I find differently I would say this certainly is one of the best auto shops to use in our area at this time. I considered Pep Boys and the dealership but the cost was too far off. Finally, all businesses in Alabama should be flying the State of Alabama Flag if not the Confederate Battle Flag to show their respect and honor for the State where their business is located.Services: Oil change

I live out of state but was here to see family. My car started sputtering and shaking. Called them and asked if they could take a look and they said to bring it in. Scanned it and diagnosed the problem as an engine misfire in one of my cylinders. Told me it would take about half an hour to get the part, and 1.5 hours to fix it after they got the part. Steven replaced it within 40 minutes and thankfully I am able to drive back home this weekend. The price was exactly what they quoted me. I highly recommend these guys, I was super impressed!Service: Auto maintenance

Called to get a price on a tire at 4:44 pm was told to call back tomorrow because they were closed. Website says open till 5.. not impressed at all

this is the friendliest service location in Spanish Fort. They go above abs beyond. my wife had a low tire pressure come on and they checked her tires then filled her low tire in the rain for no charge.
