Well… I’ve about had it with this location
I’ve been coming here since I moved to Alabama. The first experience was great! But each individual experience after that has gotten worse and worse until we hit today
I brought in a new car so that I can have new wheels put on. I came at opening at 9AM so that I can be out in a few hours. I was there ALL day. People were coming in and leaving before me. When I asked for an ETA 4 hours in I was given an hour but it took way beyond that.
After waiting all day, I drove off in my car but had to turn back because my TMPS system wasn’t working. During the process of the person taking of one of my wheels, he might have stripped my lug using power tools he wasn’t supposed to be using on after market lugs. He couldn’t get the lug out of the wheel and slightly concerned about that
Overall, my experience wasn’t great. I don’t think it’s the company I think it’s the people not being thorough on the services they are providing.
