If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The customer service is completely unprofessional. Their motto is treating people like family every day, however I was greeted with nothing but attitude and hostility. I have a membership here and have to say I have never been more disappointed going through a Rich’s car wash.. the management needs to get their team together! This is coming from a former employee. Sad to see what this company has come to.

The best car wash experience ever!!! Jen to the rescue I can say!! When I tell you she helped me from start to finish! Most car wash places just send you through the car wash station, and that's the last interaction you have. Not with Jen!! She let her presents be known all over. And that's customer service!! Jen, if I could give you a 10-star Google review, I would!!!

The facility was clean and my car came out looking great! (As it always does?)
Normally, I utilize the Daphne location, however, on this occasion, the Spanish Fort facility was more convenient. I moved my vehicle after going thru the wash as the vacuum I pulled up to was not offering much suction (?).
The manager on duty, Reese, had noticed this and asked me about why I had moved...anyhow...as a manager myself, I appreciate that he followed-up on what he saw in order to inquire, and perhaps address as necessary. Rich's is very lucky to have an employee that took ownership of their business and apparently treats it as his own. Kudos to you Reese! Great job on hiring, Rich's!

While vacuuming out the car I sucked up a sock that is very dear to my special needs sister.
After explaining everything to the manager Reese, he stopped all suction, personally dug for the suck and saved the day.
Shoutout to Reese and his outstanding customer service! He’s greatly appreciated!

All of the Rich's Car Wash establishments are fantastic. Having the flexibility to go to any one of them is one of the unique features. All of my cars receive the treatment needed to keep their appearance.

I typically go to the Daphne location but tried this location out. Great wash on car and love the fact that there are 2 hoses to vacuum in each lane. I'll be back!

Machine wouldn’t give me a receipt. Sat there a minute and no attendants came over. Ripped a rubber piece off the roof of my car and none of the brushes didn’t even touch the back of my car and it’s still covered In pollen. Waste of money. First time there and my last.

I had a membership here for awhile now. However, I decided to cancel the membership because the attendant basically said I’m required to have stickers on my windshield. Sorry not putting stickers on a 55000 dollar car.
Also, while I can understand that some people may be inclined to share their RFID codes when the sticker isn’t on the windshield, I’m not one of those people. I work hard for a living and I treat other companies with the same due process.
Design your stickers so that they do not leave massive markers on peoples windshields and maybe some of us would be more inclined to put the sticker on their windshield.
Also, RFID codes can easily be cloned so mandating that the sticker be on the windshield is a moot point. If someone wants something so badly they will figure out how to get it.
Again, not one of those people but I’m certainly capable to doing such a thing. Yet I do not.
But for now, you’ve lost a loyal customer because your policy is both ineffective and causes irreparable markings on the windshield.

Don't care for the gay flag colors in the wash. The attendant did not even care that it offended me. It's seems to be just fine that the woke agenda is shoved in my face. But a Christian is not ok. So I don't have to use that car wash. She said it was up forever, very eragantly.
