Always have a great experience shopping here- the staff and manager treat me so kindly, always help me find what I’m looking for for my family of six, and even give me great suggestions on what to buy based on what I usually come in for. They even know my name, and treat me like family!

Clean and well organized store with a friendly atmosphere/staff but They are a bit pricey on their merchandise.

Girlfriend and I stopped in. She needed a good quality pair of shoes. We looked at the On Cloud shoes, and she kept exclaiming how much she liked a particular shoe.
Meanwhile, two kids, who were clearly employed there, just stood there and chatted with one another. We even hinted at needing help.
Could we have asked for help? Certainly. Should we have had to? No.
As we continued to walk around, there were a couple other kids that were also employed here. They too just talked amongst themselves, never once asking anyone if they needed to help.
After visiting a couple other places, we went to Fleet Feet in Mobile. The lady there instantly asked what my girlfriend was looking for, and we left with shoes that day.
Moral of the story, unless you know what you're looking for at Mountain High, I would avoid.

Mia was awesome through my entire experience in the store. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and get me the shoes that fit me the best. Would recommend this store to anyone!

Today was first visit to the store. The young lady in shoe department was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find the right fit and right kind of shoe. Very friendly and patient. The young man that checked me out was also very nice and friendly. I will definitely go back.

There's a guy in footwear named Trey. He's in the reason I will be back! He was patient, he was kind, he took the time to explain the difference in the shoes! WONDERFUL first time experience!!

There was this young Asian lady with black hair, I forget her name, however, she was very helpful in finding me a pair of shoes. She was very patient and friendly and helped me select a pair for my daughter!

Great looking merch but crazy expensive!! Also, the last time I was there, the sales staff were preoccupied with friends who were hanging out. No one even spoke to me.

First off the whole atmosphere I very welcoming, as for the store it's self they have a wide selection of clothes for different outdoor activities my wife and I got our hiking shoes and trail socks from here. Got a better deal then if I had gone online. In addition the staff were very patient and helpful in finding the right style and fit, would shop here again
