I only give it a 1 star because the young man working behind the counter had a full restaurant with no help! He did an outstanding job and was very friendly. The owners need to get those employees some help!

Idk the lady’s name (which sux bc she was super cute) but she was nice & service was amazing. Definitely recommend this subway. I had the chicken bacon bowl & it was fantastic...

When we arrived at 5:30 on November 5th on Jackson Highway Sheffield, AL, this young man was a one man show!! Taking calls, filling online orders,had a long line, working the cash register, the food bar, the kitchen and very pleasant. However, I don’t think this was fair to him at all!!! So my husband and I and a number of ppl in line gave him tips and were proud of him. But he should always have help. The manager was supposed to be there an hour earlier but as we ate in our truck an hour later she came in. So we’re happy she was well but we hope she had a good reason for this!
