I dropped a prescription off 2 days early hoping they would have it filled and 2 days later they still have not filled it, and the pharmacy was rude saying they would get it when they could, last time using them.

1 year ago the manager was so rude and refused to give me the price that Cvs told me my pictures were for online instead of being 80 it ended up being over 200 she wouldn’t help and my husband was even trying to get her to give the price it’s suppose to she refused and told me she throws away my pictures if I don’t pick them up ( I always pick up within a week) I used to shop religiously at CVS but ever since I haven’t I will not be putting my money there unless I need some thing pharmaceutical wise

Why is it necessary for the pharmacy to close everything down for a lunch break? I mean they have a staff. The pharmacy in the world that shuts down everything for a lunch break. Just unprofessional and it shows they don't care about the customers.

Shelf says $29.99 and we were charged $32.49. Manager said the price up front is right and that's where you have to get product from. Except, I saw at the shelf ($29.99) that I needed to get it from the front. Why would I think the price would increase from the back of the store to the front? I can't trust this place to charge me the correct price so this is my last time shopping here. Not being able to trust your pharmacy is bad for business. Double check the price you are charged is the price on the shelf.

Photo center employees don’t even know how to work the Kodak machines. So I left without being able to upload my pictures. Totally useless customer service and the store is run down and dirty.

Took a covid test Wednesday. Should take 1-2 days for results. It is now Tuesday. Still no results. Was told when I called I was put in the system as a no show but they have my test and they are gonna put a rush on it. Severely incompetent. Do not use them.

Cashier refused to give me change for $1.00. Said she wasn't allowed. I was trying to get a newspaper to kill time for pharmacy to open. They where closed for lunch. 10/23. I'm not sure why I even come into this store. I've had so many rude experiences with employees

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. I took my two children to get vaccinated and they literally turned us away because the online appointment did not include their names as listed on our bluecross Insurance! There was NO ONE at the store but us. Additionally whoever is the redhead Behind the mask needs to take a class on how to be halfway pleasant. She ACTED like I was asking her for her first born child to be my slave. RUDE!!!!!
