I would never recommend this pharmacy! Very rude! When several times just to get how much we spend on medication for the year and still never got!! My husband called twice and finally got total. DONE ! SWITCHED TO KILLEN CORNER DRUGS.

I will just say if you need a At home coved test Go to Rogersville pharmacy!!!! Elgin is triple the cost of Rogersville $8compared to $26 exact same test.

I have been diabetic for many years and have never had to pay for my testing supplies up front. Since moving to the area I started using Crossroads Pharmacy, they charge me $1.66 when I fill the prescription. Then 4-6 weeks later I get a check from my supplemental insurance for the $1.66. Last week, I went to fill it again and was told I owed $1.66. I told the young lady I had the check from the insurance company and could I just endorse it and give it to her. She said they didn’t take two party checks. Another lady then came up and I explained to her what was happening and that I don’t bank in the area so I end up losing that money. Her response….”You can always go somewhere else”.I called my insurance company when I got home to find out why they were sending the check. I was informed that the drug store was marking that I had paid already so they were reimbursing me. I asked what could be done and was informed the drug store should not be charging me up front, should mark they had not been paid, and then the check would be sent to them.I’m not sure if it deliberate so they don’t have to deal with a small check or ignorance on the part of the woman who does the insurance paperwork. I suspect it is a bit of both!

I've literally never spoken to a more rude, impatient and uneducated staff. Do yourself a favor and go see the wonderful people at Rogersville pharmacy. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
