I had my gel nails and a spa pedicure done today. WONDERFUL! It is now H & B Nails--new management. The pedicure incorporated warm stones in the massage, aaaaahhhhh. The gel nails were done perfectly. The techs knew what they were doing.

These people dont even deserve a star. Under new management, a five year old could have done a better job. Spent 78.00 on mine and my stepdaughter nails, for them to be uneven and all they could say is, "they look ok". Will never go back and highly not recommended

My daughter gets acrylic nails here and they are always beautiful and perfect. Friendly staff. I've also had great pedicures with flawless gel polish.

Bad! First of all, I took my elderly Mother there and we were there to get our nails done together. She is 87 and not the most agile of body or mind. The guy doing her nails had zero, zero, zero empathy for her age. When she didn't react exactly the way he wanted her to, he raised his voice to her. More than once. Second, when I gave them my credit card to pay they said it wouldn't go through and wanted a different card. So I gave them a second card. This morning, the charge is on both cards.

I've had better service here before... Yet it was by another tech. The first tech which was a young light completion female was AWESOME! This time the owner whom is also a female service was AWFUL! It started with a young male whom seem inexperienced because he was drilling till I felt pained. Than that's when owner traded places and it got no better. I asked for a fill in and cut down. My fill in... Okay the cut down... Okay. Yet the shaping... I CAN ONLY SMH!!! When I pointed out the error... She blamed everything else but herself and tried handing my the filer. 👀👀👀 SERIOUSLY??? Maybe today is a bad day... So I won't just give one star, I'll give two because I was not charged for the cut down.
