I want to say a HUGE thank you to the Rainbow city Kia dealership tonight. More specifically, Justin that works in customer service and his mechanical specialist who both stopped what they were doing 15 minutes before close and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car so i didn't have to leave it over night. I've had my Kia for 4 years and love it, it has its problems like every other car, but they really went above and beyond to make sure that not only my car was okay, but that I was too. Extremely patient, kind, and understanding. I would recommend this dealership 100% after tonight and am so grateful to have had the help I did tonight. They deserve this review and more!

This review is for the service departmen. We made an appo for oil change and was told we could also have the recall fixed on our 2024 Seltos. Even when checking in today they still said yes we will take care of recall. But then we get a call and they tell us car is finished but did not do recall because the part needed to be ordered which clearly they knew when we were checking in. Also the lady was very rude to my daughter on the phone when she asked if they had fixed recall. Not the best place for service. Very disappointed.

Wayne is the epitome of a great salesman. No hassle. Tells you like it is. Goes over the features of the vehicle like a pro. Speaks to you like a human. lol! Great salesperson and even better human. I will be recommending him and the Kia Store of Rainbow City to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

It was time for a new car for the family. My husband had his eye on a Telluride for the last 3 years. Which makes total sense. The Telluride is a consumer reports "BEST BUY" 4 years running and has the best warranty in the business. When Kia dropped the new Telluride X-Line we knew it was time. After an exhausting search to actually find a SX-P X-Line to test drive we landed at Rainbow City KIA with our salesperson Chelsea Gattis. Let me preface this by saying buying a car from KIA is different. NO hassles. Just straight forward pricing and amazing customer service. Buying a new car from Chelsea was like buying a car from your cousin or a great friend. She is beyond personable and held our hand the whole way through. She single handedly made our new car buying experience easy! Even when a little hiccup in the transaction occurred she handled it like a professional. She wasted no time addressing the issue and got everything straightened out for us. WE SIMPLY COULD NOT BE HAPPIER about how we were treated (like family) and the whole experience. If you are in the market for a reliable vehicle at a great price with a killer warranty and phenomenal customer service you should contact Chelsea at Rainbow City Kia today.

Sales person was great good selection. However the finance department was not. They said the searched multiple places for rates. They did not as I saw only 1 inquiry on my credit report. The next day called the place they said they shopped found the rate 5% Lower. I had an 854 credit score I should have received the best rate. They marked the rate up to make more money. Shop for rates before you go there.

If I could rate zero that's what I would give this place! Had been texting the salesperson on a new 2022 Kia Telluride SX. Website listed it for $50,515, which was MSRP. OK, that's normal. Got to the dealership to look at the vehicle and test drive. Before I opened the car door I looked at the "sticker" on it. It had a 5K markup on the MSRP! I asked the salesperson "what is this charge for?". His reply " it's basically a profit for the dealership." WHAT?????? You're going to mark up a vehicle 5K for your profits???? I said no thank you and left. Never even looked at the vehicle.I understand Covid has everything messed up, especially the "chip" situation with cars. But if the car is being delivered with an MSRP on it, then why is this dealership marking it up even more? It obviously didn't cost Kia any more to produce it. Please folks........DO NOT PLAY THIS DEALERSHIPS GAME. WALK AWAY.......there are other dealerships out there who aren't trying to gouge people!!!

We saw a pickup truck for sale online and drove the 80+ miles out here because when I called to check if it was available, it rang and rang and rang and rang, then I was disconnected. We ended up buying another truck they had on the lot. The price was fair, but an $800.00 dealer document fee is outrageous. Really liked our sales person. I hope he continues to do well there. We were there until almost closing time, I watched the woman at the information desk pack her things at 5 minutes before closing and book home while the phones were ringing. Maybe the manager should do something about that.

I contacted them by email, online, by phone and never once heard back about the car i was calling about. I guess they want to keep it. Looking elsewhere..
