Over the last couple of years the service quality has gone down. I waited 30 minutes before anyone ask me if I needed help. The garage door usually remains open for customers but they refuse to keep it open. The technician removes the battery without putting a temporary power source in until it's complete. I had to reset all of my car's settings when he was finished!

I go to no other place for a battery. Friendly people that's not trying to price gouge and if you need to they will take the old battery out and put the new one in for you and their prices are very reasonable

Went in to buy battery and was told my core was not the same size or weight they would not take it never heard of that Ive been buying batteries from them for many years but will not again because of that.I didn't buy that battery
