We had the best experience with First Klass movers. The quote process was quick and pretty close to accurate. On move day our crew showed up promptly and ready to work. They were knowledgeable, informative and worked hard for over 10 hours. No broken items, and even reassembled beds, tables, workout equipment and reinstalled washer and dryer. The cost was competitive and although we hope to NEVER move again- we will definitely recommend to all our neighbors and friends.

Moving items at a neighbors home. Came onto our property, spinning gravel, backing down into our property (not drive, on grass) all over trees. Using foul language. Groping their ****** area. Behaving like ****s. Randy, the boss, did nothing to control himself or his employees. Definitely not exhibiting class behavior. Yes, my family question what on earth were they doing and told them to leave our property, but randy stated he could be drive where ever he wanted. Another neighbor called 1st klass # and randy answered and said well there is two sides to every story and hung up on them.

Don’t use these people if you want your stuff. They will break a lot of stuff and lose stuff. They will tell you to take pictures of broken stuff and email it to them and you will never get anything from it. I would not let them move a dog.

First off, quote was 100's below the next group. Second the guys, some of them not in uniform, but whatever, were friendly and kept moving stuff constantly. And third what one company quoted was a 3 truck move they did in 2 with only a single (albeit cheap)lamp brokenService: Local moving

Terrible experience - they damaged several items including dropping our refrigerator off their truck - difficult to deal with after the move - would not recommend

I chose First Klass because they just moved my neighbor. They seemed nice, and delivered a few blankets so I could wrap some breakables and move them myself. Their quote was a few dollars less than the other two movers so that, in conjunction with a referral, sealed the deal. They were suppose to show up with 2 people to pack on the morning of the move but nobody showed. No call, no notice, no show. My friend and I were forced to pack up the remaining, breakable items. Very disappointing and not what you want to deal with on moving day.The moving crew started out well, but as the move progressed they began to argue. Pretty soon they were literally screaming at each other! "F--- You!" and "I'm quitting!". This went on for 30-45 minutes. At one point, the lead guy told one of the workers to leave - to which he refused. It got so bad that I had to call the manager. She showed up quickly, but didn't take the situation seriously. I should add that the employee who was causing most of the issues did apologize to me later in the day.Their quote included moving a safe. This was a disaster as they had no safe moving equipment. The safe was dropped on my wood floors and damaged them. This also caused them to spend 3-4 hours on the safe, which I assumed was included in their "extra" safe charge. However I later learned I got to pay them an extra $210 per hour for multiple hours.Unloading started off with a bang. First thing the movers took my patio furniture, and their moving dollies through the side yard which is a vacant lot full of red mud. Needless to say, I spent the next hour washing my patio furniture, their dollies, and their shoes. I spend the next few hours vacuuming up red mud in my hallway.Damage was done at both locations. They broke the leg off a dresser, scratched the same dresser, broke a mirrored night stand, scratched my very expensive desk, dropped and broke my weights, scratched numerous walls, and gouged the wood trim on my front door. Oh yea, don't forget the dent in my wood floors from them dropping the safe (I think I actually have that on video). All and all the worst experience I've had in my 10+ Alabama moves. So when the bill comes its more than the quoted amount. Apparently the fee they charged for the safe didn't cover it (might have helped if they had the right equipment). They charged me $210 per hour over and above the excess fees because it took longer (again, they didn't have the equipment). So the bill is now $600 more (remember the packers didn't even show up). I complained, they knocked $200 off.Oh, and damage is covered at .60 cents per pound. I'm pretty sure that won't cover much. Anyway, I was told they'd come fix the front door but its been about 2 weeks and I never heard back about that. They did call to ask for the security code on my credit card though.Bottom line: The absolute worst, unprofessional moving experience of my life. I would strongly suggest you consider using someone else.Services: Oversized item removals

Drivers have absolutely no concern for the safety of other motorists. One of their cars (Honda Accord) was flying down hwy 82 at a minimum of 80 mph cutting off and tailgating anyone in their path.

This company damaged and destroyed our furniture and has given us the run around regarding our claim. We are in the process of taking them to small claims court! STAY AWAY! They are CROOKS!

Worst moving experience of my life. My bed was put back together incorrectly, the walls were damaged in the process, and the front office made a mistake on the bill so I was charged extra after my original payment. If you want professional and efficient movers, look elsewhere.
