Do not shop here. They charge $125 per gram on 10k gold. That's outrageous! Go to the mall. Get cleaner and better gold for much less! Like they tell you here... Do your research and don't pay this! Same gold for half price SB Jewelers!

I have had a ring repaired twice at this business in less than two years costing over $500. Same problem, twice. I was finally told that I need to have it checked every six months to make sure the stones aren't loose ???

Mr. Gorman and the staff (Annie and everyone) are amazing! I went in to Custom Jewelers after my mother passed away and they handled her jewelry and me with care. They are truly wonderful humans and compassionate people! Highly recommend!

Do not go here I took my wedding band, which was fourteen karat Gold, to have Extra gold put on The band. I just had it tested And it came back as ten karat which devalued my wedding rings Which where three bands Soddered together and now it's a mix When I paid for fourteen karat ?? I did get this done in 2018

My experience here was phenomenal. My wife’s ring was very poorly “repaired” by another jewelry store (Better jewelers). Custom jewelers was able to fix it properly and by the next day. Were they the cheapest? No. They weren’t the most expensive either. You truly do get what you pay for.You can see the damage in the first photos and the great job Custom jewelers did.Would definitely shop here again.

Omg. My wife and I absolutely love this place. We went to 3 different jewelers to try and fix her ring. And finally this place fixed it up perfect for us at a very fare price. Also the staff was very funny and polite. We highly recommend this place for.any buys or repairs they won't lie to you.

I needed an earring stone reset and had seen a commercial stating they did jewelry repairs. The staff was very friendly. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. It was a great experience and I definitely be back again.
