ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE TO DISCUSS YOUR BILL. SINCE COVID MANY COMPANIES HAVE CHANGED THEIR HOURS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN GREATLY AFFECTED. ALABAMA POWER IS DEFINITELY NOT THE COMPANY THAT IT USED TO BE.

***I took away two stars for two reasons.1. How in the world is my bill so dang high! My bill tripled (literally) from one month to the next!2. Some of the tellers could really use an attitude adjustment. It's one thing to be having a bad day, but it's a completely different story with your the same way every single time!***I gave three stars for these three reasons:1. The Alabama Power Customer Service call center has some of the most professional,nicest, helpful, compassionate, employees that I've came across over the telephone.2. The kiosk is very convenient and the fact I can go in and use it 24/7 is great!3. The convenience of getting an extension on your payment due date if needed.
