I had my vehicle repaired here under warranty work. They did an outstanding job. I didn't know this place was there during to where it's located. Glad I now know. Donna was extremely help and went out of her way to help.

Work was completed in an extended time line and now the noise is gone but the vehicle is unstable. The alignment was supposed to be checked not sure if it was.

The whole team is amazing. The mechanic was efficient and fast acting while Mrs. Donna, the receptionist, is extremely attentive and does her job with kindness and pride. I had a hard time getting a diagnosis or any type of help on my 2017 Jaguar XE until I ran into this group. I highly recommend Apex Vehicle services!

I brought my 2018 GMC Terrain to APEX because my check engine light came on with a code that read my brake assist was having issues. Traveling with a newborn was definitely not a time for brake issues so I found apex with great reviews and stopped by. They accepted my vehicle same day and got to it that day, however no one communicated to me what was wrong with my vehicle until I called to check up on it before they closed. They diagnosed the issue, but there were some communication errors. Although this was frustrating, I appreciate how APEX handled the issue professionally and did the right thing.

We brought our Ford Fusion to them as recommended by our Silver Rock’s warranty.Apex expertly diagnosed the issues with the brakes, rotors, and vacuum pump. We are deeply grateful that they fixed the issues quickly considering it was around Thanksgiving! Our car is riding by smooth and silently thanks to their repairs.Their lobby area is comfortable for waiting with seating, snacks, coffee, and a smart tv. Everyone we interacted with was warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming especially Donna, who is an absolute gem! They kept us informed throughout the process.Please head over to them if anything goes wrong with your vehicles.

I had car trouble trying to take my son to the doctor. I found out my warranty company uses Apex vehicle services and thankfully was only right down the street and was able to take it straight to them. They have great customer service. Excellent mechanics that were very helpful. I mean you couldn’t ask for better service. It did take a couple days to get our car back but it was definitely worth it.

Went in for estimate...1 rear wheel and brake assembly taken apart... charged $77.25...for the estimate.... color of brake fluid looked at... other small things.... look at things....paid.. went home... noticed brake fluid running down wheel... tried to break lug nuts loose... couldn't...3 ft. cheater bar... rounded 1 off... back up there... impact to break loose...owner was too convincing about " Being the owner of a small business, how am I responsible for your lugnuts when they're tightened to spec.".. no one disabled elderly anyone could break those lugnuts loose....nor his wife...he was so concerning about the lugnuts on spec... and safety.... but yet put my brakes back together with a keeper spring broken in 3 pieces...I have the pics... and the spring itself.....

The Team at APEX is awesome. I have a 1977 Jeep CJ7 and had an appointment for it to be painted the following Monday. They needed to order a part to get me back on the road. The part arrived a couple of days after ordering at closing time on Friday. They finished the repair Monday morning and delivered it to the paint shop for me. I work out of town so this was a huge burden they resolved for me. They always go the extra mile for their customers.Service: Auto water leak repair
