Awesome Customer Service and the People are friendly and always ready to help. Updated Review, I need to add that this business is easily accessible and always well staffed. The Owner was quick to reply to my 1st post and it is very evident that he cares about this business and from what I saw in other reviews he is quick to address any concerns that a customer may have regarding their experience here, whether good or bad. In conclusion this is a Great place to take your business!

I just left the ups store and was welcome with a warm smile by Rhianna. was having a rough morning but left feeling better just by the great customer service i receieved while shipping a package. Will def use this ups store services again!

Have lived in the Alabaster/Pelham area for more than a decade and have been using this place to ship packages for most of that time. Until now. Given how slow the USPS has become, wanted to make sure my sister got the three birthday cards me, my wife and kid wanted to send her prior to her big day. Sent on a Wednesday, paid high price for Friday delivery. Was told by the owner that if it didn't make it by Friday, it'd be delivered Saturday or worst case Sunday, her birthday. Wasn't delivered until the following Tuesday. I could have spent $1.50 for three stamps, but instead spent almost $20 for the same arrival time. When I visited the store on Monday (before package had been delivered and after my sister's birthday), the young lady behind the counter told me to "look at my receipt - it says 'estimated' day of delivery" repeatedly, even after I told her the owner said it would be delivered Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Found out from this not-too-pleasant employee that trucks don't go out on Saturday and Sunday, which contradicted the owner of the store. Asked for the owner to call me - this happened in January - and it's the first day of February and still no call. Meanwhile, FedEx folks in the WalMart store have been great to deal with, packages are the same prices to ship and get there almost always PRIOR to the paid for arrival date. Bad customer services vs. Good customer service - FedEx is the clear winner.

I went in on Feb 20 needed an extremely important product shipped overnight. Never received in Nashville. I tracked it said delayed
So I went to the alabaster store where I probably ship 10 packages a month and ask the young lady about it she said she would trace it and call me that has not happened the package still says delayed and it’s crazy that I do so much business down there and they can’t appreciate it enough to at least call and act like they actual care that you paid for something that is still not delivered. It’s Feb 29 still nothing! Great customer service wonder how they would like this done to them or a family member!
