Bre and Jordan are absolutely some of the best stylists I’ve had in a long time. They send out the $6.99 coupons often as well but even still, the customer experience was absolutely amazing. If you get the chance, ask for them. They’re the best. Best hair cut I’ve gotten in a years (and I’ve been using them since I was 8 years old).

I wondered why the last three visits I was the only person in the salon. After three terrible experiences I now understand why. Ray Charles could cut hair better than the people who work at these franchises. Please don’t bother offering me a free haircut card. I’ll spare myself the pain of walking around looking like I was a three year old thrashing while receiving a cut. Pathetic, you leave with hair all over you. No one gives a lesser he’ll about customer service.

Alicia, at the Pelham Rd location, has been cutting my hair, my two daughter's hair and then my two granddaughter's hair for over 14 years. Alicia always does a wonderful job. She has excellent people skills and is an asset to Great Clips.

This was my first time trying great clips and Josie came highly recommended by the women in my family. I have to say she is very sweet and respectful and she gave me the best haircut ever! It came out so cute. ? definitely going back as long as I am living here.
