I ended up not renting because my car got fixed. I was in the facility and just have to comment on how patient and professional the man who was working there was. He was by himself, the phone rang constantly and there were 6 customers dropping off or picking up. He never got flustered. Epitome of professionalism. I did leave a bag there and he tracked down my number and called me to pick up.

The name on this review is actually that of my daughter, and I am unable to change it. My name is Susie Perkins and I am writing a review on my recent experience with Enterprise in Pelham, Alabama.We have leased cars from this location a number of times, and the service has been excellent. I have worked with Cory and Desmond, and they are always friendly and professional. They have assisted me with the need to swap vehicles, extend rental times, and in the recovery of a valuable item I recently left in the car after returning it.My husband and I have used Enterprise in numerous locations around the country, but this branch excels in customer service and I look forward to returning.

The associate Marcus at this Enterprise was very helpful. I had a issue with a tire on the suv I had rented. Well instead of sending me to a tire store he swapped vehicles out and I was back on the road in no time. Great job and friendl service.

I give them a 1 because there is no lower number. Had a blow out and still sitting on the side of the interstate 75 minutes later. The roadside assistance said I needed to call the police because location was not safe. What? You don’t pick up cars on the interstate. They are completely incompetent.

Rented a car for over a month from a location that has been closed for several months in Clanton. So I call the number and that puts me through to Prattville. Well they haven't even seen my reservation and didn't have a minivan at that time. So I call corporate and they reserved a minivan in Pelham so I drive up that way and call the location. They said on the phone that they can't fulfill that reservation. So I called corporate again and they asked what was the reason that couldn't fullfil the reservation and I told them they couldn't tell me one, because they show a car available. So I get in line while on the phone with corporate and his exact words to a customer in front that didn't want a standard car said he could upgrade her to a minivan. So my experience with Enterprise is that they have truth in advertising issues and they will not fulfill their end of a contract and they really don't care about their customers.

Enterprise is the best. Staff here is currently really professional and friendly. They took great care of me and got me in and out really quickly on pickup and return. Car was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Great service - I was completely satisfied!

Did not have a car after waiting an hour and ended up in a mini van infested with ants. I was told to drive it to another location to see if I could swap. Representative Sarah, was not helpful or willing to help.

Corey at enterprise pelham was very helpful and professional when I rented a vehicle from the pelham location. In addition, he advised me on policy and procedures in rapid city, Sd airport location. Without his advice I might have been Without a vehicle on that trip.Professional!

Had a few vehicles one girl and the guy were extra friendly but the other girl acted like you didn't exist even when we tried to be nice and talkative. I think the people could be dead in the floor and she would have walked on by.

I made a reservation for (Pelham, AL) a luxury vehicle and they didn’t have one which is unacceptable. What is the point in making a reservation if they are not going to get the vehicle in. Also the guy was on the phone and had a lobby full of customers. The fact that the person on the phone was more important than the people in the lobby blows my mind. This is bad service at its best.

The staff was very preoccupied when I came to rent a car. Finally, after acknowledging we were there, we were sent to the car I was going to rent. When I went to my car and started the ignition, I noticed the check tire light came on. The sales associate said that they had just came back from Firestone and I should ignore this light. It would be fine. Upon my husband walking and looking at the tire, he noticed a nail in it and it was going flat. If we had not been persistent, we would have been on the side of the road with a flat. The sales associate finally put us in another vehicle. The 2nd vehicle that were were given was very dirty on the outside. I could not even see out of the windshield. Before returning back to my home, I had to stop at a service station and wash the windshield. There was a long wait from getting into the 2nd vehicle.I was very disappointed in my service at Enterprise. I have rented several times from Enterprise and had no complaints. However, this time was a little different. I will think twice before renting or referring someone to rent from them in the future.
