Had a new suspension system put in my Tacoma with Total. They did a great job with the lift and had my truck ready to go quickly. I was supposed to bring my truck back in for a check up after a certain amount of time, but before i could, I hydroplaned in the rain and ran over a curb. Kenton worked on my alignment to tune it back up from the incident free of charge as part of the check in.I highly recommend these guys.

Bought new tires from here a couple months back. I would highly recommend this place they know what they’re doing and they’re very good at it. I’ll definitely be back.

Came in for an alignment issue. They diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly at a great price. Knowledgeable staff is eager to assist your needs. I will be returning for all my truck needs.

Great looking store and very helpful staff. I had a slight hiccup where I ordered the incorrect rims for my little Samurai, when I called them to inform them, they were more than willing to help out. They got the correct ones on the way, swapped the other ones out, and handled the situation very well. I will definitely be back in the near future, thanks guys!

Placed order online on June 30, 2022. As of today today, July 11th, I still have no information on when the order will ship. Called the 800 customer service number and waited on hold for over an hour, only to be disconnected. Horrible customer service! This is my first and last order from 4Wheel Parts.

Seems to be slow, ordered some tires for 3000$ and havent heard anything about my order yet, also tried calling with no answer. Will update this review when I hear something. Edit: Just checked my account on the website now it says status cancelled. It didnt say that a few hours ago. Must have cancelled it after reading my review.. I guess they were going to let it linger on without saying anything, maybe the ties were out of stock or something but still, let the customer know instead of having them sit around hearing nothing about it until they contact you. Obviously read my email but still didnt respond to it, just simply cancelled the order with no explanation.

Ordered a lift kit Feb 17, they asked for 50% down payment and yet ran my card for full price; sent the wrong lift kit, 2 weeks later the right one arrives after I had to call the actual provider for them. Once it arrives they go double the price on the initial quoted labor to install. Ended up not installing it because of all the mishaps and now I have been waiting on a refund, phone call or e-mail for a month and nothing happens. Deceitful business model. They used to be a good company to buy from.

Great experience. I bought an aftermarket hardtop for my wife's Wrangler. After they installed it, it leakedeverywhere. They did all they could to correct the problem. They recommend trying a Mopar top. They changed out the tops. and problem solved.Thanks to Gauge and everyone at 4wp in Pelham, Alabama.

Ordered some wheels from here, was promised next day delivery but took 2 weeks. Employees couldn’t even tell me where my order was, or why they weren’t shipped. I can understand shipping delays, but not giving me information about my order after repeated calls is unacceptable. Will not go here again.
