I can’t believe how difficult it was to order paint yesterday around 5pm. Stood there holding my toddler for at least 20 minutes to be told I can go around to the different stores and get it myself. I did plan to go to 1 store and get the two in stock but was limited on time and wasn’t wanting to do more than that. Each store had only 1 and so I could tell the manager didn’t want to individually call each store. The employee was very helpful and I could tell he’s new and didn’t want to mess anything up, I def do appreciate that. I’d even asked if they could even order from the “warehouse” but didn’t get a response. ? Normally, I just walk right in and whatever I need will be there the next day.
Thankfully, Oreillys handled it quick and easy with ZERO frustration. Autozone had me losing ALL hope and honestly stressed me out. Anyway, Autozone lost $350 yesterday.

Parts manager Eileen Gill was very helpful . She went beyond her to duties to assist me with my vehicle - offering to install my new windshield wiper blades - and replaced my running light bulbs with a smile. She is very knowledgeable and works very efficiently . She researched my parts and found me the best deal . I am VERY pleased

They really don’t deserve one star because They don’t help any customers coming in. They tell you what part you need for your car even though you look up the part that you need for your car they don’t ask you if you have an account with them and Don’t even ask you if you want a receipt.

I was passing through Ozark when my son called me and asked me if I could pick up an engine code reader. Of course, the first place that popped into my mind was AutoZone. I saw one a couple minutes later and pulled in. Quan and Tanny showed me the selection which ranged from very basic to high level professional. They helped me decide on an advanced but mid-priced tool. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Just like my home AutoZone in Dothan. Definitely coming back if I need something in the area again.
