Had my wifes windshield replaced on her 2021 highlander technician did a great job with it the concern we have is that during recalibration he got our vehicle to close to this van and scraped the paint off I had tech come take pictures to turn into manager I reached out no one called back I contacted customer support they contacted the shop and told me I'd hear back still hadn't called yesterday and was told I'd get a call back...my opinion I think they avoiding the situation which is not good customer service... I hate leaving bad reviews I wanna be able to leave a postive review...when there's no communication this was an option

It’s been 3 months and still driving around with a windshield that could not calibrate! I took it in and went to pick it up inhad to sign a waiver for them to release my automobile because the windshield would not calibrate. So I have drove it without any of my safety features and when I call the office it gives a message and then instructs me to go online?
I will never use safe litter again it recommend them. Mainly the woman who is in charge at the Oxford office. Customer service is not her priority.

Great work and simple explanations of how to not mess up your new installation. Very timely which is appreciated these days but lack of having the mobile replacement is a bit of a downside, especially after seeing the ads for it at least a dozen times. It isn't like we are as big as some places so an understandable lack of ability to provide that service. Either way, the work was excellent and have had no issues. 100% recommended

Nice people in an hour or so I was out the door. They fixed my windshield I put a new one in.

Dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 and was told to not go too far cause they were getting them done pretty quickly today. Great right, so we stick around in Oxford for 3 1/2 hours waiting to get a call for pickup. Eventually we called the establishment just wondering what an estimated eta would be. The lady who answered wouldn’t even ask the mechanic for an eta and told us to come back at 5:00 when the pick up time is stated in the confirmation. We were a little annoyed but decided to go back to Jacksonville anyways (30 minutes) and come back when she has said. 15 minutes after getting home we get a call saying they close in thirty minutes and we need to come get the vehicle asap. We had to rush back down here or wait until tmr for the pick up which is absolutely ridiculous. The car looks great, but this lack of communication was extremely inconvenient for us and we will not be returning.

Mr. Greg came out today to fix our window and did an absolutely amazing job! When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that a technician would be here between 12-5. Mr. Greg called This morning to let me know that he would be here sooner. He was so kind to only me, but my Great Dane letting him know that everything was OK. This was our first experience with Safelite and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!
I did not feel like Just another customer or job!

Made appointment for Oxford, AL branch for 8am on Saturday morning, confirmed with emails and texts from safelite. Up early, drove an hour to appointment only to be told “your part didn’t make it”. Six gallons of gas and a wasted Saturday morning safelite COST me.

David Smith came out to replace my windshield and did an amazing job wonderful customer service I 100% recommend asking for him if you need your windshield replaced use safelite and see about asking for David

They took care of! Easy. We called them about a rock chip and they came out and fixed it. They even had to do it on a ladder because it was our big motorhome and it's fine. No pressure, no gimmicks, just great work!
