“Great venue for a big gathering with cool AC and lots of parking. The audio and visual systems could be better. Difficult to see the one large screen in the back of the room. Audio system got better as the conference went on. Suggestion would be to have an additional screen in the back room. Attended the Baldwin Realtors Coastal Real Estate Resource Forum on August 16, 2023.”

“Absolutely, positively one of the nicest venues we have visited. And I've been to a LOT of venues. If you're ever invited to this place, I don't care if you have to walk there from Jackson, Mississippi. It will be worth every step.”

“Had a wonderful stay here. I stayed in CRD0808 which is was and had a great view of the riverside. Although everything in the room didn't work and couldn't figure out what some of the light switches went to we had a wonderful time. The resort was very clean and maintained for the most part. There were areas that could have been cleaned but then again if some of the lazy guest would clean up after themselves it wouldn't be an issue.

The resort had several pools and things to do. A tiny arcade for children, putt putt golf, water slides, lazy river, and so much more. I wish there was more than one pool bar or more employees. The wait for drinks was long but if you wanted to save money or time just bring your own drinks to the pool.

Id probably recommend bases to secure the umbrellas in the pool areas. When it would get really windy umbrellas would start to fly away. Just a recommendation safety wise.

There was a restaurant called Cobalt right next to the resort. Would highly recommend it. The food was absolutely amazing. Had a party of 13 go in one evening for dinner and no one had a bad meal.

I would definitely stay here again. Great resort, great location, and even has shuttle service to the near by beach.”

“We would come back for Tiffany alone! We only stayed here for a night, but wish we could have been here longer. The hotel is cleaned very well and right on the beach. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and very loving towards our pups! Tiffany was the sweetest and our dogs became her dogs very quickly, she made our trip very special!”

“Stayed here for work three or four times. Consistently clean and friendly staff with good breakfast. It’s nice to be able to walk to stores here. Only disappointment is that I’ve never seen an alligator or snake off the back patio in the lake (signs warn they are there). The soft shell turtles are cute though.”
