I’m very appreciative of Chris, manager of East 180 U-Stor-It! Chris helped me navigate the size unit I needed in the climate controlled section. He also offered to help me get my things into the unit. This was especially helpful since I was trying to manage this task myself. Five Gold Stars w is not enough, I wish I could select more!

I've been renting a storage unit at East 180 U-STOR-IT just under a month. Do far, it's been great. The owner/operator, Chris, is incredibly nice and helpful. He is also honest. If you tell him what you need to store, he can help guide you as to size and type (standard or climate controlled).The only recommendation I could suggest is a better driveway and parking area. I would also have even the standard units at least wired for electricity. There are no lights at all in the units. Some people have issues with their night vision already, not to mention in an enclosed storage unit.As of 5/24/20, I personally have no complaints.

Nice place to keep your items safe and clean. Gated entry with cool inside units and plenty of places to park outside with large vehicles. Reasonably priced.

Great employees. Friendly people to deal with. Always helpful and courteous. Hallways are always well maintained and the grounds are always clean. The only recommendation I could make would be to improve the driveways.

Right from the start the staff was super friendly and was able to show me a unit, I was able to get the unit that day. The units were clean and secure which was a plus!
