One of the cashiers was absolutely rude I was explaining to her about reloading money on my car and she replied to me “ You don’t need to let me know all that “ and that automatically triggered my nerves and I had to let her know how unprofessional that was and you don’t say that to a customer and how she offended me and I gladly got her together and didn’t accept the apology she tried to give I will never step foot back in this place ever again, I would end up in jail

Very lazy staff. I just got out of the hospital and can’t walk. Called to find out if they had Betadine in-stock. The person on the phone said they couldn’t tell me and that I’d have to come to the store to find out.

My doctor in Birmingham sent in a medication prescription before I left her office and after driving 3 hours to this Walgreens they said they were still working on it. The clerk told me it would be 15 minutes. I proceeded to browse the store for 30 minutes and then went back to pickup my medication only to be told it was still not ready and it would be another 40 minutes. After driving for over 6 hours to my doctor and back I am ready to get home. Spending 2 hours waiting for a prescription is ridiculous! I will never use Walgreens again!

3/11/2021. Yesterday , I called 6 times, got hung up on twice. The pharmacist would not answer the phone from Dr.s office. When I got there, they had 1 customer. Pharmacist then told me in front of the manager, that my perscription was 500 dollars, lt actually cost 80 dollars at CVS. I will never go back

DO NOT SHOP AT WALGREENS FOR GIFT CARDS!!!! They leave their cards out of site for people to scan. As soon as someone buys the card, it becomes activated. The criminal that scanned the card can use it online and when you go to use it, all the money is gone. Walgreens in Opelika, AL do not care and will NOT refund your money. They know its happening, but refuse to do anything about it. I was once their loyal customer. Now, I won't go buy anything there. General manager, Gary, is rude, unpleasant and refuses customer satisfaction!!!

I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one ever greeted me. There was 5 employees there no one greeted me. Their customer service is terrible, I stopped refilling prescriptions at CVS because of their terrible customer service. I'm spending my money there I should at least receive some customer service
