There is no way to get in touch with someone when your code won’t work. No VM box, no answer to calls, to reply to emails.

Owners do not check emails. Because of the COVID situation, you encourage people to submit documents to you via email when applying for a unit, yet when the time comes to leave, you suddenly don't check your email for the submitted notice of vacancy forms, then continue to email the former occupant about late payments. This is extremely unprofessional, what business in 2022 doesn't know how to check their email? If I could give you a 0/5, I would. Save yourself the headache and find another storage facility.

Super people to deal with. I love that it’s 24 hour access. Could use a few lights tho for customers that keep business supplies there and have to get late at night.

Surprisingly cheerful and good customer service, straightforward online payment, clean and secure units, 24/7 secured access, no pest problems, and competitive prices. Don't know what more you could ask for in a storage unit. Highly recommend.

Never had a problem using my storage unit or getting in the gate. No entry if you have are a little over your payment date and they have to manually update the system after you make payment.
