So I’m not sure if anyone even gets on this page any more but I wanna make sure I give praise where it’s needed. I ordered a pair of boots in October and they were out of stock. I really wanted them for Christmas but was willing to wait. December 15th was the expected in stock date. Well about a week or so before Christmas I got a PHONE call from Lee at boot outfitters letting me know they moved the date to December 20th and wanted to make sure it was okay. Of course it was f

In my opinion the wharf is run by a bunch of dishonest thieves. Do not buy here. Spend your money anywhere else but do not waste it here. They sold me a pair of boot on special order, I prepaid, and when the boots arrived they did not fit and they would not exchange refund or offer instore credit despite signs hanging in plain sight saying they would refund. Who has ever heard of a shoe store that would force a loyal customer to keep a pair of shoes that do not fit. And this was not a small purchase. These are a $200 pair of boots. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the past few years. It was my favorite store in town. Now I will tell everyone who mentions this store to remember this: buyer beware.

My husband wears a hard to find size, and loves Justin boots. He wears them for everything from paddock boots with half chaps, to work boots, to casual footwear with jeans. His current pair are rapidly nearing the end of their usefulness (they’re probably 8-10 years old!), and I started trying to find their replacements. Lee, at Boot Outfitters, went out of his way to not only special order them, but he kept track of the order and let me know when they shipped - 2 months later! The boots arrived today. Rarely do you see customer service like that! Thank you!!

I ordered boots 3 days ago, never received a tracking number via email. Emailed the company twice in a two day period, a Monday and Tuesday and received no correspondence back. Called and a really rude and arrogant gentleman answered the phone. He then told me the boots would not be shipping out until mid November, I am confident no one would have ever emailed me to tell me this information if I had not called. I'm getting a refund and I will never shop at boot outfitters again.

My experience with this company was terrific! I received my order faster than expected, despite being shipped directly from the manufacturer. I got a little concerned reading other reviews, but I simply called and they answered all my questions and even sent a follow up email to be sure I was satisfied. Buy with confidence!
