“We are very pleased with the new management over the past year! Alexandra is professional and very responsive to any concerns. My daughter is happy with her apartment and has signed on for a third year. The Bluff community feels safe and we are pleased that Peak Made replaced the security gates last year for each of the apartments. They also make a good effort with community engagement activities. It's also a quiet living environment to boot.”
“Overall excellent experience of moving-in. Anna helped us a lot with the approval process and greeted us with smile. I would recommend this apartment to friends for sure.”
“Midtown Village is exactly what my roomate and I needed for our living space senior year! The management here is super helpful and amazing. They react quickly and accurately to tenants concerns. I have never had an issue while living here!”

“Lark in the woods is the best place to live in town if you talking about cost/benefits. Property Management works really quick to attend any of your needs. I would definitely consider here as your place to live if you’re moving into town.”
“I am going on 3 years living at HERE Tuscaloosa and have enjoyed each one. It takes me 5 minutes to walk to class while also being right on the strip. My roommates and I have a great view of the stadium from our room. All of the amenities here are great especially the study rooms and gym. The HERE is an all round great place to live and I highly recommend anyone interested to check it out!”
“Stone Creek is a very good place to live, quiet and safe. Rebekah is very kind, she is always helpful and manages all the issues in a very timely manner. She always is there to respond to any question or request i have.”
“Working and living with Sealy Management Company has been such a great experience! This is a company who truly values their employees and residents. They work hard to provide the best care and quality. I am proud to call this place family and home.”

1175 13th St E, Tuscaloosa“As an international student, I consider Lark the ideal "home away from home". Definitely the best bet for any student who values serenity, neatness, peace of mind, safety, etc. If you're a student, here's a place where you'll thrive seamlessly, academically because the management ensures that all the essential things are put in place (and constantly maintained) to ensure your comfortablility. I love it here, frr. I am definitely renewing my lease. ✌️”

2501 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, Tuscaloosa“Quite for the most part, clean parking lot, the second floor apartment we visited had obvious sagging in the floor so probably foundation issues in the building.”
“We have lived here for a year and a half. Thus far everything has been quiet and well maintained. We feel very safe. Maintenance requests are usually taken care of in less than half a day after submitted (in some cases within the hour). I use the amenities often and find the staff there polite and helpful. I am so surprised by the negative comments. That being said, we are quiet and respectful of our neighbors and the property we rent, we pay rent on time, and try not to have unrealistic expectations about the timing in which requests are addressed as this is a large apartment complex with only a finite number of employees. I would and have recommended people to live here.”

4527 18th E Ave, Tuscaloosa“I’ve recently been looking for my own place to live, I wanted to be close to where I work. An old teammate of mine suggested City Heights at Skyland. I quickly called and was greeted by an amazing young woman named Dominique Larriett. She told me all about the apartment buildings and went to great detail of what I would be expecting. I quickly jumped in my car and met her in person, I quickly got the move in process started, I just had a hunch this would be the place for me. With exceptional service, I have been enjoying my stay in my new apartment. Thank you Ms. Dominique Larriett for your great service and I hope you all take my testimony and give City Heights at Skyland the same chance I did.”
“Called multiple times with different inquiries throughout my apartment hunting process, although I did not end up deciding to stay at Riverfront, it is a lovely place with many kind and helpful staff members and residents alike. More specifically, Alexis was very nice and helpful on multiple occasions when I called!”
“I have lived in a 4 bedroom townhouse and I am currently in a 2 bedroom + 2 1/5 bath townhouse and they are very spacious, homey units. The rates are exceptionally reasonable considering that I am a student that is responsible for their own rent, along with all that is offered and/or available to the residents. The facilities are by far some of the nicest that I've been to in regards to off-campus student housing. The Clubhouse is ALWAYS having some sort of community activity that are actually enjoyable. It also never hurts when the Clubhouse randomly gives out free food or tickets to Hangout Fest!! (i won two tickets to Hangout Fest of 2022 when I went in to pay rent!!! THANKS RP!! <3)”
“5 stars for the new Management! Katherine the community manager, Antonio the Assistant manager and Dewayne the Maintenance Supervisor are here to turn this community around. I have read the past reviews which were all under the past management employees and management company. Greystar has come in with the new manager Katherine and you can already see the improvement that is happening in all areas of the community. She has been putting on fun events, is always available to help with anything and is the reason that I decided to renew my lease. My prior experience may have been a bit bumpy but I know that my future experience is going to be completely different.”
“We've been here for just shy of two years and we intend on renewing our lease. Maintenance and office staff get a 15/10 in my book because the response time is just so quick. If you fill out a maintenance form they're usually knocking on the door in less than 2 hours. The first time we renewed, our rent went down almost $100 which was amazing. This year it's going up a tiny bit but it's still less than we started. I didn't even know rent *could* go down in this economy! We haven't had any issues with neighbors or loud noises, but maybe we also just have realistic expectations of what living in an apartment is lol. Lots of people walk their dogs and sometimes the dogs mess around in our bushes but that really doesn't affect us enough to care. The big garbage bins are emptied M/W/Fr and it only gets really full around the holidays. There are decorating competitions around Halloween and Christmas, which is just fun. Winners get money taken off rent! Overall we haven't seen or heard of anybody getting into trouble for having little decorations in front of their doors. My only gripe is the parking rules. Guests have to park in designated spaces after 8pm or they get a ticket. Sometimes guest parking is full and they have to walk a good ways to our apartment. I do appreciate that I always have a place at my apartment to park at, it's just annoying for when we do actually want guests over. That's literally my only complaint though, so it's not worth docking a star. We've been happy living here and we will continue to stay!”
