Rep was outside doing something in delivery truck talking to another person. Cursing beyond belief.... F bombs, MF bombs. Customers standing by truck waiting for doors to be open which happened at 9:40am. The one cursing was the Rep who waited on us!

Not very good customer service , I went through the proper channels once I was notified that 2 of my packages had an address error , One week in advance I sent them the proper address contacted UPS directly for confirmation and was told it would be updated asap , Then checked again a few days later and was told all was good and they would be updated and my delivery would be here soon after , fast forward to Monday 5/13/24 they notified me that the address would not be updated or the apartment number was still incorrect when this is untrue , Long story short both of my packages I had waited and waited on were sent back to sender when I called to intercept this change and called customer service they informed me basically that tough luck no one updated the information and you can’t do anything about it , absolutely terrible so I had to contact the sender and get a refund when my items are literally setting in a back of a truck down the road , because someone refused to do there job and I was basically lied to , im not mad and I know I’m not the only person on earth that has a shipping issue , it’s just the fact of the dissatisfaction and disappointment from customer service when I live in the middle of town and never had one single issue before getting a package

I've had multiple expensive car parts either gets mixed up or some how address ripped off then stuck to a different box this time now my control arm was never delivered no note just got a notification saying package was damaged they are inspecting it they will notify sender. Isn't it supposed to come to me first ?

They didn't seem to communicate with each other. So always repeating myself to them. That is when I could convince their robot that I need to talk to a real person

If you don't want your package to arrive on time or even at all you've come to the rite place. $70 to ship a box just big enough to hold an iPhone, went from Birmingham to Montgogomery twice. Finally made it to Muscle shoals 3 days later. Still can't get it cuz now their closed for the weekend. Some overnight service. What a waste. Never again! I will keep my buisness with the postal service, who told me they couldn't overnight it cuz it was a phone. Someone suggested UPS to me. Boy will they get an ear full.

Kelsey is an angel, I believe that is her name... I'm forever grateful for her. She went above and beyond the call of duty when I was just about to give up on ups all together. Kelsey works in the office there, and she needs a raise.

Just drop Packages anywhere they choose. Currently there are 7 businesses in our building here in Florence. We have to chase down, and hunt packages that clearly have a suite # for the address. Customers shouldn't have to look for a package marked delivered period.
