The staff must be instructed about extensions in the stay, they should not charge the guarantee every time the stay is extended, the resection staff must be more empathetic, also in the dining room area, especially at breakfast, more courteous

Stayed 2 Weeks for business, room was clean, Staff were friendly, breakfast was available. Had no issues, there was an issue were some vehicles were broken into, but not mine.
