Awful room. Bed wasn't clean there was cigarette butts in the bathroom. No hot water. Said maintenance was coming. Never came. I said double bed and he gave me a king but insisted I said one bed. Phone won't ring. They do not

Needs cleaning up,didn't stay wouldn't stay, everything done in plain sight, really bad things.

Front office help was very rude! Shewed me away from the window like u would do a stray dog. Wth is wrong wit people.....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !!!!
